Improvement of professional competence of each employee at the Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant is closely associated with the increase in labor productivity and support of the long-term competitive capacity of the enterprise.

Training, additional training and personnel development are carried out on the basis of the plant’s corporative training center equipped with advanced interactive classrooms and simulation production laboratories, as well as on the basis of educational centers arranged by suppliers of equipment in Europe and the USA, educational establishments in St.Petersburg and Leningrad region.

Aside from that, the Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant maintains business ties with the Tikhvin’s job center and local educational establishments within the framework of the advanced professional training program.
